Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

As our Triage & Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of clinical contact for many, expertly assessing their needs, providing timely guidance, and connecting them with the right resources. Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
From primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy. We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.
Pay Range
$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
- Up to $5000 Sign on Bonus Offered**

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
